In this new edition of the Livre DR, we set off again on a world tour in pictures, to India, Djibouti, Lebanon, Benin, Ukraine, Panama, Haiti… But also in France, because photojournalism is practiced also, and above all, around the corner, in places that are familiar and yet little known.
You will discover, among others, stories on support for inmates leaving prison, the daily life of sardine fishermen, that of a person with Parkinson’s disease, a vineyard planted on a slag heap, housing issues in Brittany, a couple living in the heart of nature, and an athlete who swam across the English Channel.
And since the past year was marked by the presidential election, we owe it to you to present the work of our photographers who covered this major event in the life of the country, all across France. In this political portfolio, we take you behind the scenes of the parties and let you relive the fervor of the rallies, all through the singular eyes of our photojournalists.
